Youth Minister
Full-Time
Northstar Church is seeking a Youth Minister to lead students and their families into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. This full-time role involves organizing and leading weekly gatherings and other events, discipling students and leaders, and working with a leadership team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, discipleship, communication, and organizational skills while actively engaging with youth in their schools and extracurricular activities.

Part-Time (12-15 hours/week)
The Intern Ministry at Northstar Church is seeking interns who will provide assistance to Northstar Staff in a broad range of ministry areas. Interns will develop as leaders and experience a wide range of ministry opportunities, weekly tasks, and relationship broadening that will enable them to understand how a church functions and prepare them to “be the church” in another church when they transition from Blacksburg.

Part-time (not to exceed 29 hours)
Northstar Church is seeking a Hospitality Coordinator who will serve by developing and overseeing teams that will help Northstar demonstrate hospitality so others can see Jesus more clearly. The Hospitality Coordinator will manage Sunday morning teams, oversee facility usage by groups inside and outside Northstar, and coordinate facility maintenance in conjunction with the Building & Grounds Team.
